Mangal Pandey
I watched the much awaited Mangal Pandey.Wow and was it good ?
Let me tell you, the title song is mesmerising.u feel like listeningto it again and again.
And theres this scene ..where mangal pandey is standing on a humongous groundfacing a huge fleet of soldiers ..all of them facing their riles on to this single man.And this man is bravely stands and fires a couple of rounds and then tries to sacrifice his life by shooting himself. Wow ..what could have prompted this common soldier from small town with such huge bravery.
i am still not able to understand.hats off to mangal pandey and hats off to the director of this film.i would never have known such a great person otherwise
"His attack on a superior officer in 1857 is popularly acknowledged as the first event of what is known to the British as the Indian rebellion of 1857 and to Indians as the 'First War of Independence'."
"This incident is viewed as the first spark of the bloody rebellion that was to follow. It is also seen as the beginning of the end for foreign rule in India. The Mutiny of 1857 led to the British Crown assuming complete control of the Indian territories from the British East India Company which had ruled supreme until then. "
I salute this hero who was such a big cause ..He literally uprooted the East India company.

Blissfully Entertaining
"I am stressed and frustrated with my job " i keep hearing this so many times If i like something how i can feel frustrated doing it.After further drilling i feel the stress does not come from work, it comes from authority (read The Boss). As said by Mr Azim premji, people leave managers not companies..But this opens up an interesting fact. Why do we work in the first place ? Sometimes we work very hard .Is it for survival ? for going ahead in the cat race or whatever its called ?is it worth spending an entire life just for this ..Is that your existance ?Consider you are given money ..loads of money actually. what are the things you will do ..quit job, go on a world tour , eat n drink happily ,etc etcwhat else ..dont u think this would get boring too after a point ..
An interesting forward i got today is on similar lines ..
About a 1000 years ago, a sage was drawn to a construction site. He watched from the edge of a clearing in the forest as the workmen bent over their individual tasks. Finally his curiosity drove him to one workman at the edge of the site, whom he asked "What are you doing, my good man?" The workman looked up briefly and went back to his work "I'm working" he said curtly. Not satisfied with the answer, the sage approached a second workman to ask him the same question. "You can see I'm breaking stones" he replied. The sage was made of stern stuff and he wasn't leaving without an answer, so he walked over to a third workman with the question. "I'm building a temple" replied this workman smilingly. The incident opened the sage's eyes, because all three of them were breaking boulders into smaller stones, but in their minds they were not doing the same jobs.
The third workman was working for a cause much larger than himself and it showed in his approach to work
Now i need to take a chill pill ..waiting for ur reviews.

I m Free
Ever Wondered if u have been living a life on the edge..Trying to balance your life as if u are walking on a rope tied whose ends are tied to the two high mountains..Always balancing your work and your friends.Speaking what you should and not what you want.Eatings things u like , having a list of things u hate.Eating Some stuff just becos its good for healthMeeting people you like, having bias about some people., judgin people by their looks Loving somethings in nature..rains :) , hating somethings .. hot sunny afternoons These Likes/Dislikes seem to be stuck so deep that we even have become unconscious towardsthem.Shouldnt we be doing things we want by not by making any heavy strategic decisions....just imagine how would it be to live a life of freedom completely doing whatever u want without having any bias..
It will be fun to live life of complete freedom ..Atlast I m Free...

Finally I Solved it
What is the meaning of Life ? What is my purpose in Life ?Why I am i here ? How much money is enough money? How many houses are enough houses?how many cars are enough cars? how much fame is enough fame?......
Will it matter to me when i am die? Why should i worry about it ?
I can breath.I can dance.I can sing.I can laugh.I can make others laugh.I can live life i want.
Just hearing the birds sing, seeing the colours of nature changing, being one with nature is what brings me peace of mind..
Now This is what counts :)

Its Raining in Mumbai
Sweet Scent of White lily
Wet Green leaves
Dark Foggy mornings
Fresh clean breeze howling
Freezing Droplets
cooling the warm blood
Wild Waves splashing Water on my face
Chill running down the spline
O Lord What else do u have in heaven

Whats Your Passion in Life
If this was the last day in your life would you feel that u have been living life as u wanted with ur terms ..Be
satisfied and wait eagerly for going into the next life..
Let me get very specific and not talk about any fundas.
Tennis players...They start playing tennis frm the age of 4-5 years and at 18 - 19 years they are at a
pinnacle of their success.I really feel wow for them ..They get their passion so soon in life..Or maybe the scientists
they spend their entire life searching for something or creating something which may not see life any day..Wow Do they
feel like their life has been worth..Or maybe the MTV Vj's they seem to have a focussed life style which appears very COOL and fun.
Specifically, I do feel Travelling is something which really calls me..Travelling around the world (no not just with 8 $.
.only raj kapoor will be happy with that) understanding different cultures , their life styles , mountains , nature
snow , rains its all so exciting..especially when its raining outside here in mumbai ..these thoughts rumble in my brain..
Recently i saw on Television some news channel that people esp europeans come down in a specific part of eastern india
and settle there bcos apart from the fact that climate is awesome they get good grass out there ..and again i start
to wonder what would it be like to live a life like that ...Phew as rightly said in matrix
Choice is the problem.. :)

PURPOSE
This Dialogue from The Matrix- Reloaded Says it all..Read it with an open mind and let me know what pops up in your mind..
Smith: Thank you. But as you well know, appearances can be deceiving, which brings me back to the reason why we're here. We're not here because we're free, we're here because we're not free. There's no escaping reason, no denying purpose - because as we both know, without purpose, we would not exist.
Smith 2: It is purpose that created us,
Smith 3: Purpose that connects us,
Smith 4: Purpose that pulls us,
Smith 5: That guides us,
Smith 6: That drives us,
Smith 7: It is purpose that defines,
Smith 8: Purpose that binds us.
Smith: We're here because of you, Mister Anderson, we're here to take from you what you tried to take from us. Purpose.
My Mind earlier used to be stacked up with thoughts everytime i read, heard this, But now its more of nothingness, emptiness which creeps over all my mind..Its feels so silent , blissfull and pleasant in that space.. any thoughts ?
